1949 Chevrolet 3600 - $3,000.

This truck is greatly modified/customized. The engine,a 1958
\"Jimmy\" 302, runs perfectly, was never rebored, crankshaft
bearings are std size, has Thompson Exh. valve rotators, 12v
electrical system. I just replaced the spark plugs, fuel pump and
rehuilt the (Holley) 2-barrel carburetor. It is a dump truck with a
1 1/2 cu. yd. box and hydraulic hoist that was originally (factory)
installed on a 1930 vintage Ford truck. The hydraulic pump runs
off a PTO on the side of the transmission which is a Clark 204VO
5-speed (overdrive in 5th) gearbox from a WW II \"Deuce-and-a-
half\" military truck. The radiator is a heavy duty Modine unit
from the same army truck and features 3 staggered rows of
water tubes. Two extra fuel tanks installed, 1952 doors, turn
signals added. Wheels are 8-19.5 tubeless truck. The brakes are
from a 3800-14 inch rear and 12 inch front. Quite a few extra
parts included.

The body needs refurb. (rust, some dents, windows, seat). Could
use fresh tires. Speedometer needs o-haul and a cable,
Instrument cluster needs cleaning up. Electric windshield wiper
conversion not completed. Brakes need looking at. Not currently
licensed.
