Not to sound insensitive, but this is just another example of the nanny state government stepping in when it shouldn't. Requiring all vehicles to be noisy to reduce risk to blind pedestrians just seems unneccessary. Even without a noisy engine, any car is going to make some road noise so I feel like if blind people can avoid bikes and other objects,, they'll be able to hear cars coming too. Maybe we should ban black cars too since they're too hard to see at night
