Quality in every detail. That was the Cord promise and now, with the passage of the Low Volume Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Act of 2015, that promise could once again be fulfilled. Congress has loosened the reins that have kept small manufacturers, like Cord, from recreating vintage classics from a bygone era. The redacted regulations will allow for a potential small increase in classic replica reproductions and could lead to a bright future for the brand. The quality of the Cord automobile is no longer relegated to the past.
