I have always felt that 1980's car designers were not studying a drop of water i.e. the inspiration behind the teardrop Talbot-Lago, but instead they were studying a shoebox? Here is the proof :)

That's the current generation Rapide, which has a V12 under the bonnet.

Yeah, but if there weren't variations and extremes life would be pretty boring. Now we can look back the the razor edge era and say, "wow what a dumb move!"
