1961 Aston Martin DB4/693/R. Original RHD. One owner 30+ years. All mechanical components including engine fully rebuilt 20K miles ago with replacement block. New pistons and liners, block line-bored, rods resized, shot peened and polished. Balanced by Beaty & Woods. Crank X-rayed, ground .010” under and nitrided. New valves and guides, new chains. No expense spared, no issues. Full suspension, gearbox and differential rebuild. Repaint in stunning Aston racing green and correct new Bridge of Wier claret leather trim. Rare 16" Borranis with three-eared KO's. Avon Turbospeed 600 x 16 tires. Bumpers included (not shown). Extensive history file and original owner's manual. November 1988 flanked by Aston Martins. At left, DB5/1775/R purchased for $34,000. At right my all time favorite DB4/134/L acquired a few years earlier in Toronto for $22,000. Don't ask what they're worth today!
