When people think of Ford, they think of the racing V-8 monsters of the ’60s and ’70s. One man sought to bring all of these legends together, and RM Sotheby’s is now excited to offer a collection of the best Performance Fords of the era, including the GT40, the 289 Cobra, the GT350, and the Boss 302 Trans Am. Catch them all at our annual Monterey auction from August 19th to the 20th.

This 1966 Chrysler Newport two door hardtop was purchased by the seller’s uncle brand new and has been garage kept since. Mileage is said to be only 58k and the car looks beautifully preserved inside and out. It’s said to run and drive like new, and though not specifically said to be original or rust-free we suspect it may be both. Find it here on Craigslist in Yuma, Arizona for $14,500.

From Michael Ruse on Facebook... My 69 Mach 1. Left for dead in 78. No engine, trans, rear end, front end. Took forever to get it out of the woods - had to clear trees, gas station tanks, other old cars and a road. Using my raw caveman skills installed the front end and rear axle right where it sat out in the woods. Long story short - got it out....bought a 351 for it, got it going, and she lives.
