In Italy, you see Vespas' working like a horse and wagon. Women driving the Vespa while smoking and holding their baby. Grandmothers sitting on the back side saddle with their black purse on their laps as their Grandsons' talking on their cell phones speed around tight corners on the cobblestone streets. You can spend all day waiting for an accident and not see one. It is amazing.
