Interestingly, he's not the only one to come up with this... http://blog.hemmings.com/index.php/2010/06/29/hemmings-find-of-the-day-hot-rod-isetta/

Looks a bit top heavy. Have any info on this little pocket demon?

Not one of Italy's finer vehicles. At least this one's on 4 wheels

When the Isetta was an Italian car it was far from "fine". Then BMW bought the rights to the car and brought all of it to Germany, re-engineered the chassis, added a BMW Hemi two cylinder motorcycle engine and gave it brakes adequate for its size and capability. I owned a BMW Isetta 300 like the one above which has been further modified. They are a blast to drive and have more leg room than WHATEVER you are currently driving ! They are not top heavy as regardless of my attempts I could not get mine up on 2 wheels.
