Each July, mailboxes around the globe will host yet another year's tenderly packed judge's packet from the Pebble Beach Concours.
As I recall, about 12 years back the staff really cranked the rev's up and created a brilliant packet full of magnificently arranged and produced documents and accompanying packaging. Another travel suitcase, please? Today, the tradition continues with this year's expertly crafted ensemble surely the envy of concours everywhere.
This marks my 16th year judging at Pebble Beach: Glass G, Duesenberg, to be precise. A tough job, but someone has to do it!
