Warn Winch Training Session! - Oregon - July 8, 2012.
Steve & Scott from Warn Industries in Milwaukie, Oregon put on this winch training event. They explained the basic winch operation, safety, tips and answered questions. There was also plenty of free gear give-a-ways. Top notch group of guys!
Take charge of your summer travels, go, and stay anywhere in the 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 Troopy ($TBA). This rare Land Cruiser is based on the troop carrier edition, and features a Westfalia type pop-top camper, so it can sleep up to four people. A 4.2-liter six-cylinder engine powers four wheels through a four-speed transmission with a low-crawler first gear, making it an uncommon camper that can actually go off-road. Additional features include skinny mud tires, a worm-gear winch, an awning, an Alpine stereo, dual water tanks, a propane tank, and two fuel tanks.
This is My 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 truck, 35" Mud Grapplers, 6" suspension lift. Removed front bumper for more clearance. Went into the pit in 4x4, got out in 2wd. Broke the axle just as I was getting into it, you can hear it.
Reason why it broke, is because the dumbass company that installed the lift, cranked the torsion keys all the way up and put too much strain on the CV joints. They paid for the repair bill to say the least ;)
Dodge rules... why do you think I got out of THAT in 2wd? Even with a f*** up from one stupid company! :)
