This reminds me of a story I read a while back about tanks being intentionally sunk to provide for artificial habitats for fish with all the barrier reefs going extinct. I guess if you get all the oil out it can't be that bad, but I'm still left wondering if we're doing more harm than good... Looks neat either way!
