My dad loved this photo of a steam locomotive storming passed a Drive In. Photographer O. Winston Link timed high intensity lamps to burst precisely as the old loco shook the ground. Little did Link realize that a sci-fi plane would fill the screen and create an eerie contrast between old and new while the present enjoyed a front row seat.
