I don't have this exact model, but an OBD scanner has saved me tons of time, money and heartache in the past. They're so cheap that there's no reason not to have one.

One of these has been on my list for ever! FYI- stores like AutoZone or O'Rielly's will usually pull a code for you for free. Sure beats paying a mechanic $75 just for diagnosis.
