November 1988 flanked by Aston Martins. At left, DB5/1775/R purchased for $34,000. At right my all time favorite DB4/134/L acquired a few years earlier in Toronto for $22,000. Don't ask what they're worth today!

Car on right is reminiscent of my former DB4/99/L purchased with the help of a Vermonter with the initials E.K. about 10 years ago prior to their meteoric price rise.
I traded my E Type and not a lot of cash for it at the time.

That's DB4/134/L, a fantastic example of the Series 1 and much cleaner sans overriders. At right is DB5/1774/R, an early car with 4 speed. Despite obvious similarities, the two models convey remarkably different driving characteristics with the DB4 being much lighter and nimble. Alas, the guy in the middle is not much lighter and nimble!
