Was this modeled after the atlantique, or a chopped Bugatti? This is a beautiful hotrod, but I cringe at the price tag this project must have had

This is certainly inspired by the Atlantique, but comparing the body lines, this is not built from one. It appears to be a V16 as well. It's snazzy as all-get-out, but I'm fairly certain it's a digital 3D rendering. I've been searching all day and have yet to find anything more on this car than this single shot. If anyone has any other information on it I would LOVE to know more.
