Nutty compilation of Russian car accidents. Apparently, drivers are so bad and aggressive that many citizens keep dash cameras rolling at all times in case something like this happens and they have to prove it.

I wonder if insurance rates are super high because of this. Come to think of it, I wonder if they have insurance at all over there...
